Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using Waseela, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Description of Service
Waseela is a WhatsApp CRM SaaS platform providing: a unified inbox, AI-powered auto-replies, performance analytics, contact management, appointment scheduling, and e-commerce integrations (Salla, Zid, Shopify). The service is offered under monthly subscription plans.
Your Account and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be 18 years or older, or represent a registered business entity.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must obtain explicit consent from your customers before contacting them via WhatsApp, in compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy and Saudi PDPL.
- You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Subscription and Billing
- Free trial: All plans include a 14-day free trial.
- Billing currency: Saudi Riyal (SAR ﷼) via Moyasar payment gateway.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Partially consumed subscription periods are non-refundable. Technical issues attributable to Waseela are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Message costs: WhatsApp message costs are deducted from your wallet balance at the rates shown in your dashboard.
Data Ownership
Your customer data (phone numbers, conversations, personal information) is exclusively yours. Waseela claims no ownership over it. You may export all your data at any time. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to:
- Send spam or misleading content.
- Violate WhatsApp Business policies or third-party rights.
- Engage in any activity unlawful under Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Attempt to breach or exploit platform security.
- Resell or white-label the service without written authorization.
Service Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Waseela does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, payment delinquency exceeding 90 days after the grace period, or when required by legal authorities. Upon termination, your service becomes inactive and your data is handled per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Waseela is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any incident shall not exceed the fees paid in the month preceding the incident.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first. If that is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the competent Saudi courts in the company's jurisdiction.
